Honoring International Women’s Day

This past Thursday, March 6, 2025, we celebrated International Women’s Day, a time to recognize the God-given dignity, strength, and contributions of women around the world. At Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, we believe that when women have opportunities to learn and pursue meaningful work, they uplift not only their families but also their entire communities.

Through partnerships with local churches, NCM supports women by providing vocational training, literacy education, and small business development. Women who are refugees or immigrants receive support through immigration centers, mobile health clinics, and food distribution projects. NCM also helps establish schools and child development centers, ensuring that girls—especially in communities where they face greater barriers to education—have access to academic learning, essential life skills, and spiritual guidance.

As we reflect on the thousands of women impacted each year through the compassionate care of the Church, we invite you to join us in praying for the flourishing of women and girls around the world.
