Well done, good and faithful servants
As I heard the report about this weekend's Teen Fall Retreat, my heart was so full of gratitude for 1st, our Awesome God and 2nd, to the amazing men who stepped up to lead. Greg and Scott poured themselves into these teens with such genuine love and dedication. Even though I couldn’t be there, the stories kept coming in—how they stayed up late talking, praying, and laughing with the kids, truly investing in each of them. They weren’t just there to chaperone; they were there to serve wholeheartedly, embodying what it means to be a “good and faithful servant.”
This retreat was also unforgettable because two of our teens, Nick and Caleb, made the powerful decision to be baptized, committing their lives to Jesus. Knowing Greg and Scott were there to support and celebrate with them makes me even more grateful for these faithful leaders. They showed our teens what true gratitude looks like—not just in words, but in action, showing up with open hearts and pointing others to Jesus.
I’m so proud of our leaders, and I’m beyond thankful for how God used them this weekend. Well done, Greg and Scott. Well done, Nick and Caleb. Well done, good and faithful servants.
